Description and use – There is a wide scope of use. In general, they are mostly used as sealing or damping products. With their physical and mechanical specifications, these products, depending on the material used, are used as sealing profiles for lighting units, dilatation joints, installation of polycarbonate floor covers, air-conditioning systems and in other fields of industry – in automobile industry, engineering, food and building industry.

Specifications – sealing profiles are highly resistant against weather conditions, ozone and higher temperatures, provide very good physical and mechanical specifications and permanent deformation, excellent water-resistance with actually no absorptivity and good resistance to -40°C to +80°C temperatures.

Design – they are produced in a umber of basic shapes - square, rectangular, ring sealing, annular rings or specific profiles.

Material base – these sealing profiles can be produced from a number of homogenous mixtures and of various hardness values depending on the conditions of their use. The materials used include: EPDM, NBR and SBR. The Mass density is approx. 1.2 g/cm3. The 70 °ShA profile is the most produces one nowadays, but 50 and 60 °ShA profiles can be also produced.
